Tasks & Obligations:

Requires experience in office management, the ability to work as part of a team, and the ability to respond quickly to requests from management. Reporting to the C-suite and assisting with various administrative duties

  • Support the internal operations of the company (General back-office needs)
  • Provide administrative and managerial support for the staff working in the front office of a company
  • Gathering and processing research data.
  • Performing market research (familiarity with market research techniques)
  • Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails and ordering office supplies
  • Assisting and coordinating with the sales team
  • Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars
  • Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills (Accounting Support)

Requirements:

  • Requires experience in office management, the ability to work as part of a team, and the ability to respond quickly to requests from management
  • Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software). Knowledge of Singular Logic ERP will be an asset.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills
