You are responsible for

  • Allocates and oversees the relationship of direct subordinates with a clients’ portfolio of different sectors and manages the relationship with specific clients to secure customer satisfaction
  • Acts, as contact point with potential clients, to assess their needs, suggests the business proposition and follows up the proper implementation of any contract generated
  • Supervises all accounting activities and oversees maintenance of the general ledger of the clients’ organization including payables, receivables, inventories, fixed assets, and payrolls. Through the supervision ensures entry quality control of team members
  • Reviewing work of the team to ensure that all work is completed and documented in accordance with the firm’s approved audit procedure/methodology
  • Develops maintains and updates clients’ accounting policies & practices
  • Consolidation of accounts/ IFRS restatement to meet clients’ requirements
  • Demonstrates strong technical skills & knowledge to identify risks, remedy options and risk minimization solutions
  • Monitors, reviews and approves the timesheets of own team members Manages interpersonal relations and inspires team members
  • Conducts regular internal meetings to follow up the status of all active projects and escalates when something is out of the ordinary
  • Participates in professional networking activities/events (conferences, presentations etc.) and PR activities representing the firm as assigned

Your Education & Qualifications are

  • BSc / MSc in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Banking, Business Management, or relevant areas
  • A Class signature
  • Experience 5 years min, in a similar role
  • Advanced knowledge on accounting, taxation & corporate law, financial and economics
  • Very good knowledge of operations on ERP and MIS systems
  • Advanced knowledge of English language
