On behalf of our client, one of Greece’s leading food processing and exporting companies, we are seeking an International Customer Support Specialist – Exports Backoffice to join their dynamic team.
About the Role
- End-to-end order and claim management for international customers
- Daily communication with clients to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Act as a liaison between departments (Production, Warehouse, QA, Logistics, Finance)
- Monitor order execution, resolve issues proactively, and follow up until closure
- Ensure accuracy of documentation, timelines, and service KPIs in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in international customer service within FMCG
- Excellent command of English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
- Excellent knowledge of MS 365, with strong Excel skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Team player, eager to learn and continuously improve
