About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer to join the Sales Department as a Key Account / Sales Support Engineer. The role blends technical understanding with commercial awareness, supporting key clients and ensuring smooth coordination across all project stages — from initial request to final delivery.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the sales and engineering teams, acting as a key liaison between internal departments and clients, and ensuring all technical and administrative aspects of each project are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Key Account Manager in managing and developing long-term client relationships.
- Respond to client requests, assist in preparing technical specifications, and manage project documentation.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
- Oversee project progress throughout all stages (design, offer preparation, execution) to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, sustainability reports, and related records.
- Participate in internal and client meetings, track milestones, and proactively address potential issues.
- Contribute to improving processes related to project and client management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (essential for daily communication and documentation).
- 1–4 years of experience in technical sales, project coordination, or sales support within the electrical or industrial sector.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, collaborative, and client-focused mindset.
