What You’ll Do

As a Recruiter at Jobistas, you will:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, ensuring quality and speed of delivery
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and hiring managers to deeply understand their hiring needs and provide consultative support
• Screen, assess, and engage candidates using modern tools and methodologies
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with both clients and candidates
• Collaborate with the internal team to continuously improve our processes and candidate experience
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, talent intelligence and recruitment best practices
• Represent Jobistas with passion and authenticity

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within an agency or executive search environment
• Strong client-facing communication skills – you know how to listen, challenge constructively, and build trust
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
• A sense of ownership and responsibility for your projects
• Passion for recruitment and real desire for growth – both personally and professionally
• Excellent command of English and Greek (spoken and written)
