Jobistas is seeking, on behalf of its client, a fast-growing construction company driven by innovation, precision, and speed, a Project Manager (Civil Engineer) with a strong project management mindset and hands-on leadership approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day construction operations with precision and control.
• Manage project budgets, cost analysis, and payment schedules.
• Coordinate and communicate with external civil engineers and subcontractors.
• Track project progress and report key performance metrics to management.
• Identify issues, anticipate risks, and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and timeline standards.
• Optimize resources and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong analytical and financial skills; solid understanding of performance metrics.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Proactive, hands-on problem solver — fast, precise, and decisive.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, etc.).
