We are currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor on behalf of our client, a leading global company that manufactures high-quality medical devices for IVF clinics worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the structuring, monitoring, and control of manufacturing processes and production flows
- Oversee personnel management, task assignments, and shift scheduling
- Plan and allocate resources (raw materials, equipment), ensuring effective inventory control
- Conduct capacity planning across human resources, materials, machinery, and time
- Ensure full compliance with occupational safety regulations, accident prevention protocols, and environmental protection standards
- Develop and maintain production plans in alignment with business needs
- Monitor and report key production metrics
Requirements:
- Technical education with a Bachelor’s or Diploma degree
- Relevant experience in similar role
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational and planning capabilities
